All the enquiries prior to sales are promptly responded for techno-commercial details and after sales-services so that they develop confidence for our products and services.

Utmost care is taken to define customer requirements & resolving complaints by providing prompt and proper corrective actions, thereby keeping our clientele satisfied. In fact, not only suggestions, complaints are also invited from the customers periodically to find out whether they are satisfied with the performance of product, timely supplies, packing, dispatch, behavior and attitude of the concerned person towards them and also whether they are sincerely satisfied with the corrective actions taken.

At each stage of manufacturing, dimensional accuracies are checked. Final testing is carried out after assembly by testing in the test set-up for flow, head, efficiency etc.

Quality of service to the customer is of high standards. As soon as the orders are received, delivery periods are decided and accordingly production is planned.

Products are packed in such a way that there won’t be any damage during transportation from factory to the customer.

In case of customer related problems, actions are taken on priority to solve their problems by involving Production & Quality Assurance department personnel. In short quality of product & service are maintained at all costs.

Customer Satisfaction Measurement Level:

The company has also derived a system to measure customer’s satisfaction level at regular interval. The corrective actions and their effect are also monitor religiously and regularly.

Narmada Pumpsets are approved and registered with almost all reputed governments. departments & agencies of various states. The company also promptly arrange for approval & registration with other governments. / semi-govt. departments on dealer’s recommendation / proposal, if found viable.

An IS / ISO 9001:2000 Company:

Narmada Pumps has privilege to become SSI Unit manufacturing Submersible Pumpsets to obtain International Quality System Certification way back on 01-June-2013 from Bureau of Indian Standards.

BIS Certification Mark License:

The company has been granted BIS Certification Mark Licence covering Numbers Submersible Pumpset models by Bureau of Indian Standards for ISI marking.
